Drusilla is the Banking office manager and business development manager at the Huntington Bank – Detroit Tower headquarters.

With over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, Drusilla has directed and flourished top banking centers while also promoting and producing market-leading financial bankers, customer service representatives and sales producers. A highly motivated and an energetic leader who has managed centers with client portfolios with over $30 million in deposits, investments, and lending balances.

With a sharp focus on building communities and strong passion and interest to lead small business to success with her exceptional leadership skills and a sharp knowledge of customer satisfaction.  Her knowledge and interest have influenced a strong community involvement, building relationships through partnerships with local business and organizations.

Drusilla is also dedicated to team building, coaching, and developing future leaders in the community. 

Doing what she loves, she has helped businesses thrive with a passion is to assist as many entrepreneurs as she can. She is extremely proud to say that she is looking out for people, business, and communities through all the initiatives in Detroit and the surrounding areas. When Drusilla is not supporting business, she enjoys cooking by challenging herself to replicate recipes and dish from her favorite restaurants and spending as much time with her family that is possible.
